1. Introduction
By accessing this website or purchasing services from The Reindeer Factory (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided
We provide services including, but not limited to:

- Hosting and maintenance
- Content updates (as outlined in selected packages)
- Performance and security monitoring
Services included depend on the package selected and agreed upon in writing.
3. Payment & Subscriptions
- Prices are listed in AUD.
- Subscription plans require a minimum 12-month commitment unless otherwise stated.
- Monthly fees are billed automatically.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
- Upfront payments must be made before work begins.
4. Ownership & Intellectual Property
- For subscription-based plans, ownership of the website transfers to the client after the 12-month term has been completed and all payments are made.
- For upfront payment plans, ownership transfers upon full payment.
- Until ownership transfers, all code and assets remain the property of The Reindeer Factory.
- Once ownership transfers, you are free to host or manage the website elsewhere.
5. Hosting & Maintenance
Hosting and maintenance services include:
- Secure hosting
- Performance monitoring
- Updates as outlined in your package
We reserve the right to choose hosting providers that meet performance and security standards.
6. Content Updates
Content updates are limited to what is specified in your selected package and typically include:
- Text changes
- Image updates
- Page content edits
Major redesigns, new features, or additional pages may incur extra fees.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information and content
- Respond in a timely manner to requests
- Ensure you have rights to any content provided
Delays caused by lack of client input may impact timelines.
8. Cancellation & Termination
- Early termination of subscription plans does not waive outstanding payments.
- We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are breached or abusive behaviour occurs.
- Upon termination, hosting and maintenance services will cease.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
